Roy Larkin Henry, born in Waco, Jan 6,1928. With family, moved to Hearne in 1932. Graduated form Hearne High School in 1945. Graduated from Texas Christian University in '49.Entered Air Force in'51, Graduated from Air Force Flying School in Class 52-H. Assigned to the 49th Fighter Wing at K2, Taegu, Korea. Flew 39 Combat Missions before war ended July 27,1953. Discharged from the Air Force in Nov. '55 Married Norma Ann Houg, from Fergus Falls, MN April 9.1955 and moved back to my hometown of Hearne, TX.  Entered the automobile business there and was a GM Dealer for 25 years.  Remained in this business until 1981. Then branched out into real estate, banking, real estate development. Have remained active in the real estate business until now.  Accomplishments in Hearne: President, Rotary Club: Commander, American Legion; President,. Hearne Chamber of Commerce;  Chairman, Hearne Housing Authority; Chairman of the Board, Methodist Church; Chairman, Hearne Airport; President, Robertson County Water Corp; Director, Texas Automobile Dealers Assn.; Member, Grievance Committee. State Bar Assn.
